with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: JUNE 23, 2008

      The Assembly amendments:

      1.   Eliminate the limitation of reasonable attorney’s fees to 20% of the amount awarded to enforce an order, statute or regulation under the bill; and

      2.  Permit a judge of compensation, upon a finding of contempt by the judge, to file a motion with Superior Court for enforcement.
