The General Fund appropriation for Payments for Medical Assistance Recipients - Nursing Homes was reduced by $29,652,000 from $676,000,000 to $646,605,000 by the Governor's line-item veto, reducing the amount available for Nursing Homes reimbursement rates for care, habilitation and treatment of Medicaid recipients residing in nursing homes in this State.
