SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE ANNOUNCES WITNESS LIST FOR

PUBLIC HEARING ON RACIAL PROFILING INVESTIGATION


TRENTON --Senator William Gormley (R-2), Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee announced today that the following witnesses will appear before the Committee at its hearing scheduled for Wednesday, April 18, regarding the racial profiling investigation.



Martin Cronin, Assistant Attorney General

Chief George Pugh

Det. Andre Lopez, State Police

Lt. Carmelo V. Huertas, State Police

Trooper Ed Lennon, State Police

Professor James Fyfe

The hearing will be held at 10:00 AM in the auditorium of the Seton Hall University School of Law, Raymond Boulevard between McCarter Highway and Mulberry Street, Newark, New Jersey.
