Assembly Agriculture and Natural Resources
A122 Provides for no net loss of DEP lands for fishing, hunting, and trapping purposes.
A272 Directs State acquisition of Troy Meadows Natural Area, Morris County, for recreation and conservation purposes and designates it as natural area and wildlife sanctuary.
A342 Requires DEP to establish artificial reef plan for commercial and recreational fishing.
A344 Establishes restrictions and requirements for use of fishing gear and conch, fishing, and lobster pots on artificial reefs.
A427 Requires use of bear-resistant containers, dumpsters, or food boxes in certain areas located in black bear habitat under certain circumstances, including garbage collection, and prohibits certain actions that would result in feeding of black bears.
A430 Imposes certain registration and reporting requirements to prevent illegal trade of tigers.
A432 Prohibits use of snares in trapping of wildlife.
A437 Revises criteria for determining whether dog is vicious or potentially dangerous.
A446 Directs DOT, NJTA, and SJTA to permit certain wineries to participate in certain sign programs on freeways, interstate highways, and toll roads.
A467 Provides credits against corporation business and gross income taxes for qualified farmers that develop housing for their agricultural workforce.

A704 Allows commercial farmer to recover reasonable costs and attorney fees of defending against unreasonable complaints under "Right to Farm Act."
A706 Requires accountability of NJSPCA and county societies for prevention of cruelty to animals to Attorney General and county prosecutors, respectively.
A707 Changes membership of, and election process for, NJSPCA board of trustees.
A709 Revises law concerning disposition of assets of a county society for the prevention of cruelty to animals that has dissolved or has had its charter revoked, canceled, or suspended.
A723 Provides discounted hunting and trapping license, permit, and stamp fees for senior citizens.
A765 Revises animal cruelty provisions concerning euthanizing and impoundment of animals, and provisions for court disposition of seized animals; establishes civil penalty for improper euthanizing of animals; repeals conflicting sections of law.
A775 Permits agriculture-related events on preserved farmland.
A795 Appropriates $1.6 million to Dept. of Agriculture for Jersey Fresh program.
A805 Restores State fiscal year 2011 reductions to Garden State Preservation Trust payments in lieu of taxes; appropriates $3,400,000 to DCA.
