Assembly Consumer Affairs
A205 "Microphone-Enabled Devices Act"; requires user consent before enabling device microphone.
A206 Requires commercial Internet website and online service operators to notify customers of collection and disclosure of personally identifiable information to third parties.
A207 Limits collection and use of geographic location information.
A252 Includes certain deceptive practices in the advertising of floral or ornamental products or services as a violation of the consumer fraud act.
A303 Revises individual cause of action under consumer fraud act.
