Assembly Homeland Security and State Preparedness
A147 Requires minimum level of police staffing based on municipal population and violent crime rate.
A183 Requires certain entities to be equipped with generators and allows those entities to qualify for NJEDA loans for cost of generators.
A206 Requires retirement subdivision and retirement community to install electrical generator to provide electricity to common use area to be used as shelter in case of emergency.
