Senator T is a real estate broker. There are seven homes around a polluted lake in northern New Jersey. He has the listings to sell two of the homes. Legislation is pending which will authorize a State appropriation to clean up the lake which would affect the value of the properties. Does the Senator have a personal interest in this legislation?
