The Plaza is the landscaped area atop the parking garage, between the State House Annex and State Library. Central to the space is a fountain artwork entitled "Confluence." Other features include pillar reliefs of the characters Liberty and Prosperity, and an engraved map of Trenton, ca. 1792.
