CHAPTER 123

An Act concerning the State poet laureate and repealing P.L.1999, c.228.

      Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

Repealer.

      1.   P.L.1999, c.228 (C.52:16A-26.9) is hereby repealed.

      2.   This act shall take effect immediately.

      Approved July 2, 2003.
