      The Assembly Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee favorably reports Assembly Bill No. 2732.

      This bill clarifies existing law by specifically providing that non-lethal propane-powered noise making devices are noise making or other mechanical devices permitted to be used to prevent crop damage and destruction.  Current law does not explicitly name these devices.
