Repeals fee on single-use carryout bags.

An Act concerning fees on single-use carryout bags and repealing P.L. , c. (pending before the Legislature as Assembly Bill No. 3267 of 2018).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as Assembly Bill No. 3267 of 2018) is repealed.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill would repeal the law that imposes a five-cent fee on single-use carryout bags provided to customers by certain stores.
