with Senate Floor Amendments

      This amendment would make permissive the issuance, instead of prohibiting the denial of, a casino key employee license or a casino employee registration to a person who completed a term of special probation for the conviction of a drug offense that would under current law disqualify the person.  In addition, the amendment would include persons who were convicted of a third or fourth degree disqualifying drug offense but completed a drug treatment program within the Department of Corrections and served the sentence imposed for the crime, including a term of parole supervision.
