with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: JULY 30, 2020

      The amendments would restore the provisions giving municipalities a right of first refusal to purchase an eligible property and dedicate it as affordable housing that were originally in the bill.  The bill also makes technical corrections in sections 5 and 10 of the bill, including corrections to certain citations and references.
