with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: MAY 14, 2020

      These floor amendments require that:

      1)   the $100 million in federal block grant funds available to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA), as provided in the bill, are to be used to provide financial support to qualified hospitality businesses; and

      2)   a qualified hospitality business seeking financial support from the EDA is to provide sufficient evidence to the EDA that its operations have been severely limited due to the impacts of Coronavirus disease 2019, as determined by the EDA.
