SYNOPSIS
Extends deadline for completion and filing of annual audit of school district 2019-2020 school year.

An Act concerning the annual audit of the 2019-2020 school district fiscal year.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of N.J.S.18A:23-1, N.J.S.18A:23-3, or any other section of law to the contrary, a school district’s annual audit of the 2019-2020 school fiscal year conducted pursuant to N.J.S.18A:23-1 shall be completed not later than 1[February 28] January 311, 2021 and submitted to the Commissioner of Education not later than 1[March] February1 5, 2021.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
