      The Assembly Commerce and Economic Development Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 4918.

     This bill authorizes a corporation to conduct a meeting of shareholders solely by means of remote participation. Current law authorizes corporations to conduct remote meetings only during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.
