      The Senate Commerce Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 4918.

     This bill authorizes a corporation to conduct a meeting of shareholders solely by means of remote participation. Current law authorizes corporations to conduct remote meetings only during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.

      As reported, this bill is identical to Senate Bill No. 3266 as also reported by the committee.
