with Senate Floor Amendments

      These Senate floor amendments revise the bill to update certain provisions that were obviated by prior amendments to the bill.  The specific provisions being revised would have signaled that home baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that is not subject to regulation and inspection by the Department of Health; however, the prior amendments established certain requirements for local boards of health to inspect home baker kitchens.
