      The Senate Labor Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 886.

      This bill provides that when certain health care entities which have existing collective bargaining agreements enter into a contract that provides for the sale of the health care entity to another party, the contract for the sale of the health care entity must provide that the collective bargaining agreement shall remain in effect until the existing expiration date of the agreement
