The Senate State Government, Wagering, Tourism and Historic Preservation Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 2009.

This bill requires the State Treasurer to submit to the Legislature a report, at intervals of six months, identifying the deadlines, occurring in the six months immediately following the date of the report, for applications by State agencies within, or in but not of, the Executive Branch of State government for federal funds from or for any program, project, or purpose.

      Senate Bill No. 2009 is identical to Assembly Bill No. 2116 of 2020-2021.
