      These floor amendments amend the bill to make technical corrections and to clarify that nothing in the bill is to be construed to apply to a public utility’s use of its own poles, facilities, or both for communications associated with its public utility operations. These floor amendments make this bill identical to Assembly Bill No. 1116 (3R).
