      The Senate Transportation Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 3004.

      As reported, this bill provides that the provisions of P.L.2018, c.165 are retroactive to October 18, 2008.  P.L.2018, c.165 clarifies certain provisions of the “Predatory Towing Prevention Act.”
