      These Senate amendments revise the appropriation being made under the bill to remove a requirement that the funds be drawn from funding made available to the State from the federal “Coronavirus Relief Fund” established pursuant to the federal “Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act” (CARES Act).
