STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Senate Commerce Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 3266.

     This bill authorizes a corporation to conduct a meeting of shareholders solely by means of remote participation. Under current law, such meetings are authorized only for the duration of the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.

      As reported, this bill is identical to Assembly Bill No. 4918 as also reported by the committee.
