SENATE, No. 3322

with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: FEBRUARY 19, 2021

      These Senate amendments remove language providing that “no ballot drop box shall be located inside, or within 100 feet of an entrance or exit, of a law enforcement agency.”

      The intent of this amendment is to remove this language which is already contained within the provisions of Senate Bill No. 2923 of this session, as amended, to avoid duplication.
