      The Senate Military and Veterans Affairs Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 3754.

      This bill authorizes a member of the Armed Forces of the United States who is not domiciled in New Jersey, along with the member’s spouse and dependents, to operate a motor vehicle on the public roadways of this State without needing to obtain a driver’s license in New Jersey if certain other conditions apply.
