SENATE, No. 3918

with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: JUNE 21, 2021

      These Senate Amendments require the Adjutant General of DMVA, in addition to during every future public health emergency declared by the Governor and while such emergency is in effect, to also transmit the weekly reports on the status of the State veterans’ homes to the Commissioner of the Department of Health beginning on the seventh day following the effective date of the bill and ending on December 31, 2021.
