with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: JUNE 21, 2021

      These floor amendments expand the types of operators that receive the 10-cent per meal supplement to include operators of the Seamless Summer Option (SSO), as well as operators of the federal summer food service program as originally provided in the bill.

      The floor amendments remove the requirement that the Department of Agriculture consult with the Department of Education to prepare and issue the annual report required pursuant to the bill.
