STATEMENT TO

SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 115

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

DATED:  JUNE 4, 2020

     The Senate Environment and Energy Committee favorably reports Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 115. 

     This concurrent resolution would approve the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank’s (NJIB) Fiscal Year 2021 Financial Plan. 

      The passage of a concurrent resolution by each House is the means for the Legislature's approval of the NJIB’s financial plan each year.  The consolidated Financial Plan was submitted to the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the General Assembly on or before May 15, 2020 as required by law to implement financing of clean water and drinking water projects on the eligibility lists developed by the Department of Environmental Protection.
