    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

    1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.1995, c... (now pending before the Governor as Senate Bill, No. 4000 of 1995), there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

30 Educational, Cultural and Intellectual Development

31 Direct Educational Services and Assistance--State Aid

  03-5120 Miscellaneous Grants-in-Aid................. $150,000

        Total Appropriation, Direct Educational

          Services and Assistance...................... $150,000

  State Aid:

    Education Excellence Initiative......( $150,000 )

Of the amount appropriated hereinabove for the Education Excellence Initiative account, $150,000 shall be allocated to Medford Lakes.

    2.This act shall take effect immediately.

STATEMENT

    This bill makes a supplemental appropriation of $150,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Education to provide State aid under the Education Excellence Initiative for Medford Lakes. This school district received an allocation under this State aid program in fiscal year 1995.
