      The Assembly Environment, Science and Technology Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 428.

      This bill would add a person recommended by the fire safety commission to the Right to Know Advisory Council and thereby increase the membership of the council from 11 to 12 persons.

      This bill was pre-filed for introduction in the 1996-1997 session pending technical review. As reported, the bill includes the changes required by technical review, which has been performed.
