ADOPTED: MARCH 13, 1997

      These amendments to this bill, which extends eligibility for membership in the Police and Firemen's Retirement System to certain State criminal investigators, eliminates a provision restricting the scope of the legislation to persons previously holding the title of criminal information analyst whose appointment to the position of criminal investigator did not become effective until after attainment of age 35.
