Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

    1. All county colleges and all county vocational technical schools now or hereafter established or authorized by law shall enter into agreements to permit non-matriculated county college students who are residents of the county and who are enrolled in remedial education courses to also enroll in technical courses offered by the county vocational technical school located in that county.
