with Assembly Floor Amendments

(Proposed By Assemblyman DORIA and Assemblywoman WEINBERG)

ADOPTED: JUNE 19, 1997

      These amendments extend the licensing provisions of the bill to employees of employers with 50 or fewer employees by removing the current exemption in the bill for entities with 50 or fewer employees. The amendments also stipulate that the fees to fund the administration of the bill's licensing program shall not exceed an annual fee of $30 per security officer.
