      The Assembly State Government Committee reports favorably and with committee amendments Assembly, No. 1104.

      This bill designates the State House Annex in the city of Trenton as the "Walter E. Foran Legislative Office Building" in honor of the distinguished record of service and leadership on behalf of the public good provided by Senator Walter E. Foran.

      This bill was prefiled for introduction in the 1996 session pending technical review. As reported, the bill includes the changes required by technical review, which has been performed.

COMMITTEE AMENDMENTS

      The committee adopted technical amendments to this bill to update references to the State House renovation and restoration project.
