An Act concerning certain fees paid to pharmacists and supplementing P.L.1961, c.49 (C.52:14-17.25 et seq.).

 

    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

    1. The minimum and maximum fees to be paid to a pharmacist who dispenses precription drugs to employees and others covered by the State Health Benefits Program established pursuant to P.L.1961, c.49 (C.52:14-17.25 et seq.) shall be $4.23 and $4.48, respectively.

 

    2. This act shall take effect on the 60th day after enactment.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

    This bill provides that the minimum and maximum fees to be paid to a pharmacist who dispenses prescription drugs to employees and others covered by the State Health Benefits Program established pursuant to P.L.1961, c.49 (C.52:14-17.25 et seq.) shall be $4.23 and $4.48, respectively.
