A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996 and regulating the disbursement thereof," passed June 30, 1995 (P.L.1995, c.164).

    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

    1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.1995, c.164, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

42 DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

40 Community Development and Environmental Management

46 Environmental Planning and Administration

    26-4805 Regulatory and Governmental Affairs.................$50,000

    Grants:

            Environmental Information Center at

                        West Deptford Public Library.....................($50,000)

    2. This act shall take effect immediately.

STATEMENT

    This bill would appropriate $50,000 to the West Deptford Public Library for the environmental information center. The South Jersey Information Center was established in 1992. The center has an advisory committee with a wide range of representation. Supporting the center is consistent with the recommendations of the State Environmental Education Commission. This grant would supplement monies obtained from other sources.

Appropriates $50,000 to the Department of Environmental Protection for environmental information center.
