      The Assembly Environment, Science and Technology Committee favorably reports Assembly Bill No. 1431 with committee amendments.

      This bill, as amended by the committee, appropriates $265,000 from the Capital Construction section of the General Fund to the Department of Environmental Protection for the restoration and dredging of Franklin Lake in the Borough of West Long Branch, Monmouth County, New Jersey.

      The committee amendments reduced the amount of the appropriation from $800,000 to $265,000.
