An Act concerning the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials and supplementing chapter 11 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes.

 

    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

    1. Any school district may expend moneys for the payment of dues to the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials, a voluntary organization comprised of school business officials involved in the profession of school business administration. The purpose of the association is to promulgate the highest standards of ethics and efficiency in the business methods and practices of schools and to engage in a program of education for the improvement of persons carrying on activities in the field of school business administration for the benefit of schools, school systems, and the general public.

 

    2. This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

    This bill authorizes school districts to expend moneys for the payment of dues to the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials, a voluntary organization comprised of school business officials involved in the profession of school business administration.
