      The Assembly Environment, Science and Technology Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 1716.

      This bill would increase the fee for the New Jersey Waterfowl Stamp from $5.00 to $10.00 for nonresident hunters and from $2.50 to $5.00 for resident hunters. Comparable increases would be imposed for such stamps purchased for collection purposes only.

      As reported by the committee, this bill is identical to Senate Bill No. 123 of 1996.
