      The Assembly Local Government Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 1777.

      Assembly Bill No. 1777 empowers a county improvement authority to conduct any activity which it is authorized to conduct within the county for which it was created in any other county, including a county that has created a county improvement authority. Any such activity must be carried out pursuant to an agreement, with or without consideration, and for a specified or unspecified time period, with the county improvement authority in the other county.
