An Act concerning the sale of alcoholic beverages and supplementing Title 33 of the Revised Statutes.

 

    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

    1. 1[The sale of] No1 alcoholic beverages 1[is prohibited]shall be sold1 in any building or on other property owned by or under the control of the New Jersey Transit Corporation 1without the approval of the corporation and the issuing authority in the municipality in which the building or property is situate.1 This act shall not apply to an establishment located in a building or on other property of the corporation for which a valid permit or license to sell alcoholic beverages has been issued by the State of New Jersey or other issuing authority prior to the effective date of this act.

 

    2. This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

                             

Prohibits sale of alcoholic beverages on New Jersey Transit property.
