      The Assembly Commerce and Military and Veterans' Affairs Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 1911.

      The bill authorizes special "disabled vet" license plates for the leased motor vehicles of disabled veterans. Existing law permits issuance of these plates only for vehicles owned by the veteran.
