      The Senate Law and Public Safety Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 1911.

      The bill authorizes special "Disabled Vet" license plates for the leased motor vehicles of disabled veterans. Current law permits issuance of these license plates only for vehicles owned by the veteran.
