      The Assembly Senior Issues, Tourism and Gaming Committee reports favorably and with committee amendments Assembly, No. 2038.

      This bill authorizes the Casino Control Commission to permit establishment of a separate pool of tips for poker dealers. Current law requires all dealer tips to be pooled and distributed pro rata among all the dealers.

COMMITTEE AMENDMENTS

      The committee amended the bill to include the provisions of P.L.1996, c.84, enacted July 25, 1996.
