with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: JUNE 17, 1996

      These amendments provide that the Commissioner of Health shall adopt a rule or regulation to require readily accessible safety cutoff switches on commercial hot tubs, spas and similar units. The committee substitute originally required that the Commissioner of Community Affairs establish such a rule or regulation.
