      The Assembly Judiciary Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 2324.

      This bill provides for a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment for the crime of burglary in the second degree or third degree. The term of imprisonment would be fixed at, or between, one-third and one-half of the sentence imposed, during which the defendant shall be ineligible for parole.
