with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 18, 1997

      These amendments delete the provisions of this substitute which pertain to the conversion of health service corporations to for-profit status, so that the provisions of the substitute would apply only to nonprofit hospitals which seek to enter into such a transaction.
