      The Assembly Appropriations Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 2413 (1R)

      Assembly Bill No.2413 (1R) codifies budget language regarding the use of certain excess receipts realized by the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired to expand vision screening services. Such language has been included in the annual appropriations act for several years and the bill incorporates it into permanent law.

FISCAL IMPACT:

      This bill was not certified as requiring a fiscal note. It has no independent fiscal impact.
