An Act concerning credit cards for members of school boards and supplementing chapter 11 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes.

    Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

    1. A board of education shall not issue a credit card to a member of the board.

    2. This act shall take effect immediately.

STATEMENT

    This bill provides that a board of education shall not issue a credit card to a member of the board.

Prohibits school board from issuing a credit card to a member of the board.
